Decline of human rights against the migration of Venezuelan citizens - Panorama of Ecuador

Abstract
This paper aims to describe, from a legal-social perspective, the main causes for the migration of Venezuelan citizens to Latin American countries such as Colombia, Ecuador and Peru; In addition, a critical analysis of a case of femicide in the year of 2019 is carried out, with the proposal to highlight the political and social repercussions caused by the wave of migrants within Ecuador. In view of the political, social and humanitarian problems that Venezuela is going through during the last three years, it is necessary to carry out an analysis on migration and the sequels that they produce, in order to issue a criterion on the scenarios where the Human rights of these people.
